The problem I have with hydration packs is that they tend to bounce too much on your back when you’re running.
A hydration vest like the Hydrapak E-Lite doesn’t bounce as much because it hugs the body better and at 9.9 ounces you can barely feel like you’re carrying anything.
It’s a great option for runners, cyclist and hikers. Cyclists especially might appreciate the aerodynamics and weight of the E-Lite vest. The 1-litre capacity of the water bladder could be enough for a 2- or 3-hour run in moderate temparatures.
